1. Open VLC Player.
4. Optional (for better real time streaming but requires a good internet connection)
If not installed, you can download at http://www.videolan.org/vlc/.
2. Go to Media > Open Network Stream
2. Choose HTTP under Protocol.
3. Enter this URL on the Address box:
parlami.dontexist.com:8081
or
parlami.dontexist.com:8082

Mark the Show more options box below the vlc screen and set Caching to 100ms.
